By purchasing this service you agree that:

-All sales/purchases are final, and that Charlotte Rose Social Expert does not offer any refunds. You recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

- Charlotte Rose Social Expert makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing.

- Charlotte Rose Social Expert is not liable for providing any new customers, followers on social media and/or income for yourself or your business.

- Charlotte Rose Social Expert reserves the right to suspend any performance of its services until receipt of Payment is made including any interest fees.

- All intellectual property, including patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, logo, text, video, photo and any related material (“Intellectual Property”) that is developed or produced under this service, is the property of Charlotte Rose Social Expert and you shall not copy, re-use, re-word in any form, and/or re-sell, and/or send/show to another party and therefore Charlotte Rose Social Expert reserves the right to take any appropriate action to restrain or prevent the infringement of such intellectuals property rights of Charlotte Rose Social Expert.

- To resolve controversy or claims towards Charlotte Rose Social Expert arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be done through mandatory arbitration by one arbitrator in accordance with the rules then in effect of the English Arbitration Act. The location of the arbitration shall be England, United Kingdom. The arbitrator shall be generally skilled in the legal and business aspects of the subject matter at issue. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding upon all parties.

- If a court arbitrator or competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in whole or in part for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, or portions thereof, will not be affected.

- Charlotte Rose Social Expert does not get a say in which Influencers get chosen by brands

- In the event that the Influencer should show a lack of professional attitude, or does not complete the requested deliverables set out from collaborations, Charlotte Rose Social Expert reserves the right to terminate and remove the Influencer’s access to the Database

- In the event the influencer creates their own competing business, agency or any type of competing service, Charlotte Rose Social Expert has the right to remove the influencer off the Database
